Linked Account But No Companion

It's been a relatively long day so I could totally be missing something but I did not receive my free companion after linking my account to my gamertag. Did I miss something? Will it be mailed to my character(s) or do I need do something else? Forgive me if it's a silly question but again I've had quite the day and it's largely possible I misread or didn't pay proper attention to the instructions. Any help would definitely be appreciated.     Nevermind. I'm quite the dumb *** this evening. I found the rewards claim agent. Again it's been a long day. Please disregard.

    You wouldnt believe the number of folks i've had to direct to the claims agent thinking the same thing you did so no worries!

    I claimed the reward from the agent, but can see a way to use the companion. It doesn't show up in my "idle companions" list.

    Should just have to go to your inventory, find the companion there, move the cursor so that its highlighting the companion, hit the A button to bring up options, then select Bind. It will prompt you to name the companion, and then it will show up under the Companions tab in the menu that comes up when you hit the Start button (or what used to be the start button).

    Well I've gotten past rags to riches and i still haven't gotten the companion. Can anyone inform me on how to do so? Also there is no link account option in Never Winter for me. Could it be that I'm already connected?

    I still cannot get the companion, not at the Rewards Claim Agent nor in Inventory. Can someone please help? When I go to the website on a computer, I get nowhere. I cannot get the game to go to the page nor offer the companion again, no prompt. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    First you link your account when you first start the game. If you happened to miss it or skip it then go to the main menu and go through ARC I believe (if not then go through the tabs to find it) and there will be an option to link your account. Follow instructions and link.

    Next go to Rewards claim agent (NW area of protectors enclave, on the opposite side of Gen Knox, I believe that's his name). You go to the last tab and claim your companion.

    Next go to your inventory and find the companion and bind him to you. I can't remember but you may have to put him in your active companion area or you have to summon him. It will be on the page after you name him.

    Sorry to bring this thread back up, but I've done exactly what you said up to the rewards claim agent. Nowhere in his list is anything that I can claim. Is there a fix for this? I even unlinked my account and relinked it back up, but no luck.

    Known issue. My friend is experiencing this and and still hasn't heard back from support via the ticket he submitted. Best bet is to submit a ticket, however.
