Zen & The First Time ZEN Buyer Promo & the XBOX 1

First, if I use my arc launcher on my PC and I buy ZEN , which is the same account as the one I use for my XBOX, does the Zen work both ways? for PC & XBOX purchases once in the account?
OR, is XBOX Zen only obtainable via the XBOX Store? And vice versa with the PC version.
Reason I ask, is this promotion..

Which gives a lot of things for the first purchase of 500 ZEN, and apparently is still running according to the promo codes wiki. May be a PC only promo. I don't know. I only played the Neverwinter beta around 2012.
The only code I have listed on my account as redeemed, is the 2012 beta code .
There seems to be a global TMLEu7QZ code for something that works as of April/2015
However, seeing that I may get to playing this on the XBOX 1, if I could buy 1000 Zen on the PC to the same account, and then spend it on the XBOX.... I would love to get that first buyer bonus pack.
If not, oh well. Just asking before I end up buying it at the wrong spot.

to get zen on the XB1, you need to buy it from the MS Marketplace or trade for it using in game AD.
It all confuses me, because when I go to the reward NPC , it lists those rewards for the magazine codes, etc. all but 1 are un-claimable for me on xbox .
Over the past 3 years, there have been a lot of promo codes, but I guess even if you log into game with XBOX on the same arc account, all those rewards are PC only. I don't mind, I just didn't want to create a new account and waste $10 or so.
Guys, the promotion is from 2013...
