Race reroll

I recently purchased Dragonborn pack and it stated it came with a race reroll, however I cannot find this. Not in the selection screen, the Character sheet, Claim vendor, and not even in the Zen market. I was suppose to be able to change my guy into Dragonborn, please help.

    That is ridiculous. The support site isnt opening for me. Why sell something you can't provide.

    Like many fresh MMOs this is no different and will have its own problems they need to work out as the bring it to console. If you played any other MMO on PC or console close to the time it launched there were many issues. Take solace that this is a true free to play game with out a pay to win aspect. Nothing we can buy in the Zen store is a game maker. Give it time and I'm sure they will get it fixed.
