I am a little confused and have a question

They say that xbone version will be opened with ToD mod 4 but it also says "All class balancing that is currently on PC will also be brought to you on the Xbox One."

Now does this mean even tho xbox is on Mod 4 content our Powers Feats paragons and classes will be all mod 5?

its a little confusing to me. Forgive me if it shouldnt be.

    I'm fairly certain all balance through mod 5 is in fact live even though we do not have all playable content (mods 1, 2, 3, 5, 6).

    From what I can tell:

    Is accurate on Xbox (at least for CW) and is operating under Mod5 (and has yet to be updated for Mod6)

    thank you for the timely response!! i thought thats how it was but the statement made confused me a little ,seems like it could be interpreted either way. glad i was only confused about being confused lol
