A Little Help.. confused with feats and this guide.

Ok, so here's the problem.. I'm using this guide to help me a bit and I'm trying to decide which feats I want, BUT.. all the paragon feats he mentions, none of them have the right names in the game. They're all named differently, in fact, it seems like the feats themselves have different descriptions.

Any help? (I'm playing on the Xbox One version.. maybe that's why, but I thought I would ask here because I know you guys will have more knowledge of them game.)

    I had the same issue and I play on PC. I assumed it was an older guide and that the names had been changed. Maybe the guide was based on the beta hunter?

    Not sure why it so highly rated in that case.

    As of mod 6 it's all changed anyway, so I'd wait and see if there are any new mod 6 guides that come out.

    Hmm.. thanks man. Typically I think I'm fine if I sit and study the feats a little bit, but it's just a little less time consuming if I just check out guides. I normally don't copy them 100% but it's nice to have a little help.

    That guide is out of date.

    There are very few, if any, current guides for HR. This class has a very small player base. The best you can do is just read the current threads here in this section.

    Trapper is currently the best tree right now. They have great DPS, CC and survivability.

    Yeah.. I went Stormwarden and the trapper tree is definitely looking like my best option. I find that in PVP I'm the only Ranger I see jumping in and out of close range combat. Most of the opposing Rangers do nothing but stand back and shoot.. last round I went I got top of the chart with 10 kills 3 deaths, thats by doing about 50% melee/ranged fighting. It makes the Ranger class a whole lot more fun than I expected it to be.

    Yeah they changed all of the feat trees, Those are the origonal Mod2 feats when the class was introduced.

    I would be wary of any guides you come across. It saddens me how fewer people have been playing HRs, I've been one as main since Mod 2 and never looked back.
