Cannot Open Grey Cloaks Legacy items

Today my husband made a paladin and tried to open his Grey Cloaks Legacy Pack from when we originally purchased the Hero of the North pack back in the beta.

When he tried to open the Grey Cloaks Legacy Pack it says "you already have all of these items in this package".

This is a new character and obviously doesn't have these items.

Any help is appreciated.

    Im having the same problem. My thinking is that either they didnt have the item ready, or Paladins dont get one.....

    The weapon is showing up in the Guardian Fighter pack... They haven't commented on this yet but hopefully it's fixed soon. The gear is only good for the first 20 levels or so. Kind of pointless to buy something you can't use!

    Same here. Not happy with this. No excuse for this not working.

    We need communication about what happened, how it is being addressed, and whom the wet noodle was applied to for allowing this to happen.

    Hi there Hello ..its reallu cool .that server break again over and over..how awosome is this? well realy its not funny at all and its for 2nd time during 1 month SEVER BREAK Down with out any notification..realy good job guyz
