i know its a new game and they are working on servers left and right, but this is getting crazy every mini boss encounter is the same thing happens they freeze i can move yet i get wrecked by invis damage
I was having an odd issue with some connections on occasion and I fixed it by running a cable to my Xbox One instead of using the wireless. That seemed to fix "most" all of my freezes and lag.
My wireless connection test numbers were above what you posted and still, the Ethernet cable connection seems like the way to go. I am fortunate to have my modem & router on the other side of the wall in my office, so it was easy to do.

“The problem with both socialism and F2P games is that you eventually run out of other people's money.”
Aside from server/connection issues, one thing you can try is an external USB3 HD. I read a post here somewhere from a player who did that, and experienced less lag.
I picked up a driver yesterday, hooked it up, moved NW over to the new drive. Played last night without one bit of lag. Ran nice n smooth constantly.
In this regard I am seeing system lag on the actual XB1. I noticed this playing Dragon Age Inquisition. Sometimes when I would start it up the game would be laggy/choppy, and would have to wait for 30-60secs for it to "catch up" and stabilize. Will play DA:I on the new HD tonight and see how performance is.
As itrobbiesan said, that looks to be what i know me and my friends are having issue with in some Epics, if you using the Xbox's HDD that comes stock the RPM rate of the drive is slow, getting a 500GB USB3.0 HDD should help in the latency ALOT there have been speed test to show that Xbox HDD they used was cheap! Also you speeds dont mean to much down/up for games like this! IF alot of people are on your internet your bandwidth will get slowed causing this to!
Easy (possible fixes)
Buy a USB 3.0 HDD (around 40-50$ make sure its a EXTERNAL HDD)
Have no one else online in your house will playing.
"went wired to test it and still persists the download and upload numbers were a bit better 40 and 13."
Basically stick with wired it has faster speeds no matter what it may say! Anymore questions just ask!
only person using internet, that maybe an easy fix getting a external HDD but with work cutting hours its not going to happen lol . if it keeps going like the clips above i will just go to another game, until things change.
