Must I / Should I Respec my Character Now, or Can I wait until 70?

The title says it all. I am unsure how I want to respec, but will it cause any issues if I wait to respec?

    You should save that respec till 70. Wait for things to smoothen a bit and see what upcoming changes might be made. Most things aren't fixed yet so wait it out. I'll be doing the same for my warlock and i'm sure most people will too.

    I couldn't get to the capstone in feats without respecing because I had 10 points spent in another paragon path, thus I didn't have the last 5 to finish the primary paragon branch and they only unspec'd me to 10/10 in paragon feats. That pretty much takes the choice away.

    I can't get to the capstone feat, either. So, I spent my points, and just don't have the capstone right now. My characters are playing the new questline just fine without it, at least so far. I'm going to try and wait until 70 before using the respec.
