Perfect time to check out some game help and a few upcoming changes (Foundry soon).
Launch the game. Currently your PLAY icon will be grayed out, move down and click on OPTIONS, then go to GAME HELP. Browse the information, this should assist some of you on your quest.

I found reading there Wiki page was helpful too. While it is currently PC based, it answers a LOT of questions. Link below;
