CW's Artifact Class Features completelly bugged

As you can see from the screenshot above when i tried to activate any of the artifact class features for my orb of elemental fire the bonus would display ??%.I tought its bugged only for magic missile bonus but its bugged for other features as well.This occurs for all weapon levels not only for legendary quality as i tested it.

    After the final preview patch notes that are now live this still HAVEN'T been fixed yet? Really Cryptic? This is outrageous! :mad:

    if you look carefully it is listed under your artifact power(mine was 6% on Magic Missile), it just doesnt show on the weapon.

    It look like a Tooltip bug. So it's nothing really major, here.

    I think, that latest changes which will go on live server today with all module 6 are not added to preview server yet. There weren't any upgrades in last Friday/Saturday on preview server. They are probably keeping some changes hidden untill they start module 6 on live server and this graphic bug is just one of small things which stayed in not patched preview server.
