Trying to level a Cleric for PvP. Stats/gear at low levels?

After spending quite some time trying to decide whether to use a CW or SW for PvP, I eventually came to my senses and realized that the DC is exactly what I'm looking for.

So I read through a few threads/guides on how to gear and level, but many of them advised investing into Con. Unfortunately those guides were also all outdated, so I'm not too sure if that's still the way to go, especially after reading Elf's Immortal Healer: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?839701-Elf-s-Healing-Build-for-PvP


The above build is what I wanna go for, but it seems to come from a max-level perspective. Currently when I PvP I feel rather lackluster on both damage and heals and I'm not too certain how important the stats in my gear is at the moment. I'm currently level 16 and not sure which direction I should be going in, how to get the right gear, or what stats I should be investing in. Everything I've read advises different things: from deflection and defense to power and wisdom, and I don't know what is still relevant and what isn't.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

    In the next 3 days its double xp , you could simply get to 60 and follow elfs guide as you go.

    It takes approx 12 hours of playing time during the xp weekends.

    I know thats not what your asking, its just that you can literally get to 60 in a few hours.

    Secondly, CW rocks at pvp right now, so doesnt DC, so either is a good choice.

    I dont know how my AD you have, or if you have weapon enchants.

    At very low levels like 16, you are simply of almost no use in healing (or very little).

    How would I obtain weapon enchantments and which ones should I be aiming for? And I only have rough diamonds atm, but gaining them isn't too big of a deal.

    CW is awesome, it is my second, but I'm more of a support player.

    Also.. I play on Xbox, I don't think we get the upcoming double XP weekend unfortunately. =[ So I'm guessing it'll be a 24 hour grind.

    Gear: what you can get. At low level it's not really an issue, the stats curve has no mercy. If you like healing, stack some power. And come back for more serious advice once you reach lvl 60 or 70. Low level pvp means nothing, wizards rule the battlefield around lvl 30 but aren't so great at max level, while clerics tend to become monsters around lvl 50, due to the kind of spells we unlock.

    When i was a hardcore pvp player (pvp from lvl 10 to 60 for every alt DC i bulit), i will buy tenacity blues with my glory for my alt DCs. However it is possible to pvp with normal pve greens with a slight disadvantages because the differences in stat is too small. Get some cheap R7s and slot them into your item .If possible, get a dragonbone weapon and slot a lesser PF into it. It will bring you to lvl 60 with ease, especially you take dps path to 60. You will be auto-respeced after Mod 6, so you can play healing DC as you wish.

    Since hes on the xbox, unfortently items that have been long farmed and cheap over here, will be devastatingly expensive on thier side of the fence.

    Vorpal is the only enchant that increases heals, but plague fire and terror are really good debuffing enchants.

    You need 4 shards and a cward to make a lesser, I do not know if ANY are on xbox or not, since I dont play over there. But I can remember when lessers were over 600k at one point on this server, but you cant slot them without either a ancient mully weapon or a dragon bone weapon.

    I dont even know how many 60s are on xbox server! You probably cant even buy a dragon bone weapon yet.

    Since pricing, equipment are all equal for you guys, get whatever, blues/greens you can. I doubt there is boatload of cheap rank 7s on your server as well yet.

    Its just harder at low levels for the DC, like Lenny said, at around 50, with aseal, dg unlocked its better.

    CWs are good at low levels , against non geared folks. But even in mid ranges, TRs still can slay you easily.

    Astral SHIELD, not seal. Seal is the at-will.
