Server not responding.

I don't know how can I really explain but basically, as soon as I log in to the game (not smooth but not so trouble), It says "server not responding" and ping over 2-3k. Even after waiting 15 minutes, I can't even move one step forward.

I don't have any connection problem and my computer is clean. I tried with three different computers in my house. I did the tracert test that you guys always ask for, and the result is same as the one I posted on related thread a while ago. If anyone wants to see it they can just check there, last post is still mine.

    I seem to be having the same problem. When I loaded the patcher it took about 5 minutes to check version as well. I initially thought I was having internet connection problems on my end. I did a modem restart and tried again. Same results. That is when I tried checking several other apps and a few other games and everything ran fine, but each try of Neverwinter took me 20ish minutes just to get into the game and then "server not responding" for about 20 seconds then it goes away for 1-2 seconds then starts again.

    You're not the only ones, something's gotten broken along the route to their servers cos I can do everything else just fine on my connection, but trying to play NW or access the Gateway via browser it just ****s the bed. But of course since it's not affecting everyone their response will be 'lol wuteva' and ignore the problem.

    I tried gateway as well and it would not work. Once I logged in the character loading slot was empty.

    Hopefully a mod will read this and either post that they know there is a problem or anything just to let players know something is being done. Even if its "This has been brought to the attention of the devs," just to let people know issues are being looked at. At 3 second reply goes a long way in easing worries.

    Not that anyone cares but I have the same problem again at the moment. I have this problem pretty much everyday for about 1 hour.

    I am having this problem too. Checked the router diagnostic logs for timing disconnects from my ISP but they're clean. So whatever is causing this problem it's not on my end.

    Update: After running the tracert the game seems to be working. Each day this has happened after running the tracert the game has started working. It seems odd though considering each day I have tried to pay for atleast an hour before running the tracert.

    am having the same problem......can't even get into login screen.

    Same here about 15 minutes to log in then finally get into the game and so much lag characters can't even move...usuallly fine just started today. Now loader is just black screen..

    Why is there no dev comment on this, been unable to get onto gateway for a good 12 hours, 20 minutes and still not logged in trying to get into the game.

    I agree. The Gateway issue is over 24 hours old now. I'm sure the Devs are busy, but really!!! A 10 minute update will go a LONG way with players....
