Skills or lack thereof...

Another day in IWP. BID and I'm on the AB side. We win, but there's at least 1 rogue that's "trolling" even after the match is over. A cleric and I are behind the crowd and he jumps us. So we fight back and kick his butt. We run into him again in the more "civilized" section of IWPs OWPvP area. The one by the first node up top where peeps usually hang out to talk "shop", watch duels, and test things. He's fighting the cleric so I jump in and help out because I remember him from inside the "regular" PvP area. He does the roguely thing and runs away in stealth. This might sound boring, but here's where it starts to get interesting...

A group of folks from a particular guild show up (I won't mention the guilds name due to rules), but they're being general nuisances. They're doing things like jumping folks that are fighting other peeps, or picking fights and then ganging up on the target when their guildie is loosing (which was happening a LOT, the loosing that is). So I try to ignore these folks and even ignore their attempts to provoke me. Stuff like throwing ranged attacks at me to dismount me and what-not. I run into that rogue at the start of this story again and remembering him, I pick a fight. He's loosing to me, badly. Until, that group of folks from that particular guild that showed up, jump in and save him. This happens 3 times in total. I run back, pick a fight with him, toy with him, and then get jumped by them. So I finally /shrug and just ignore him. I'm standing waaaaay off to the side watching a duel between rogues. One of which is from that guild. Of course, one of his guildies runs by and interferes by attacking his opponent. Who looses. I step into the PvP area and revive him, jump back on my mount and then stand off to the side watching and listening to their chatting. The rogue with the lack of skill, runs up to me, dismounts me with a LB, and then finishes me off on the ground with a SE. I run back and basically start needling him on his total lack of skill.

I'd like to point out a few things in my rambling... We both have 18k GS. He's playing a rogue. I'm playing a temptation SW. I was seriously toying with him when it was just the 2 of us fighting. He came no where near killing me. Ever. THE only thing that saved him all 3 times was that group from that guild that shall not be mentioned. I did mention the fact that he's playing a rogue right? I also mentioned the fact that I'm playing a temptation SW right? THE weakest class/build in this games PvP right now? I've run into "skilled" rogues in PvP before and they usually end up toying with ME. This guy though... Total lack of skill. :eek: And before you say it, yes he WAS wearing full Profound gear and all the artifact gear.
