Server up, server down, server up, server down ?

The server is up, then it's down, then it is back up, now it's back down again. Anyone else having this issue at the moment? It froze up in game and was down like 15 minutes or so. Just got back in finally and played about 10 minutes and now it is back down. But I can log in this time. Server is unavailable.
