Neverwinter Scheduled Maintenance- 3/26 7 AM PDT (Pacific)

Our warlocks are preparing our maintenance ritual for 7AM PDT on 3/26. Estimated summoning time is 2 hours.

No patch notes this week. Just routine restart.

Neverwinter maintenance has begun. Estimated downtime is approximately 2 hours.

Maintenance has completed. Welcome back to Neverwinter!

    FYI - Belial accepts buckets of KFC, if a live chicken isn't available. He said I could have his biscuit...

    Maintenance fail. "Unable to authenticate: Connection to the account server timed out"

    Game isn't really "up" yet. At least, the log in servers aren't.

    I was in game at Well of Dragons and got kicked, then unable to log back in. Unable to authenticate, no communication message. Even though the server status is green.

    Well, login broken despite of no patch... Good job there ;) Please fix that soon. Half people will laugh and the second half will curse you, otherwise...

    please fix the gateway so i can do my daily sword coast adventure rolls i am not really playing today and can log into game itself but will be faster to do my professions through it and my sword coast adventure rolls which is pretty much what i always thought the gateway was for(to be able to do those things on mobile when not going to be able to play actual pc that day to do professions sword coast rolls and extend timer until need to prey to the gods so dont lose celest coins

    So, tell me if i am wrong... But isn't Maintenance supposed to be a preventive thing to avoid errors or downtime? I mean, if i am giving maintenance to my car, is to avoid any future problem. If i take my car to a mechanic and the car come out in worst condition than when it came in, i will know that the mechanic is either trying to steal me or not a good mechanic. With that in mind i add that i am neither a mechanic nor a server worker or whatever this guys are called. But it seems that this "Maintenance" just made the game worst than how it was before the Maintenance. Some people have very limited schedules to play (not my case), if every Maintenance will cause a problem like this, why do them on the first place? wouldn't be better to make them once a month instead?
