Unable to update launcher

I am stuck at the Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate. I am unable to connect for some reason but obviously my IP is sound and I have a connection to the network. I have pulled a new IP from my ISP, my Firewall is not blocking it either. No settings were changed but this is affecting all of the pc's I play from.

I have run the cryptic testnet tool and it time's out. What is the IP that tool hits so I can run a ping tracert on it.

    Close thread. Was a DNS issue with ISP.
