Can't Transfer Zen to Neverwinter

This is very frustrating.

I'm trying to transfer Zen from my account wallet to Neverwinter, but I get an error and it won't transfer.
Tech support says yes, you know you have this problem there's nothing they can do. Dev's are working on a fix.

You really should let people know when they are purchasing Zen that they aren't going to be able to use it until you get this fixed.

    lol, I can't even find HOW to transfer zen from STO to NEVERWINTER,
    must be hidden away under a menu somewhere

    account wallet sounds like steam..... never winter is not steam, you can buy zen with steam wallet but you will NOT get the first time buyers pack
