Unable to race reroll on PTR

Am I wrong but wasn't here an option to do a free race change on PTR.. Dont see the option anymore.

    you do it from the character selection menu instead of buying a token in game.

    Yah thats what I thought but I dont see it anymore

    Unfortunetly PTR is not avialable on previev. :/

    Race reroll button is showing up for me on the character selection screen. Though for some reason when I mouse over it, there is a memo saying that I have 22 remaining. Perhaps it's tied to not having anymore "tokens"?
