Can't figure this out

I've talked to all the NPCs that I can see that I need to but I can't figure out how to get through the big wooden door where the private is stationed. Anyone?

    You need a ticket that is only available during the anniversary event.The next anniversary is in mid June.

    You mean where do you go when you enter that door? it's just a doorway to the protectors garden , just a place to hang out , nothing special about it apart from the exclusive entry.

    Uh, I think that is a different door problem. The OP seems to be talking about the intro quest line. Once you get to the gate, you should be able to click on it to proceed. If that isn't working, you have an unusual problem and should probably try restarting and maybe even reinstalling.

    The problem of being guided to the door for the anniversary upstairs garden instead of to an actual gate is a usual problem and just requires that you not always follow the sparkly trail if it leads you there. Go closer ot a real gate and it will change.

    No, I mean if I need a ticket to get through the door and the anniversary isn't until June. Then where do I go?

    Sorry man lol You mean Private Wilfred? when you kill that big guy go over and talk to private wilfred and you should get sent to the town , sorry for the confusion I thought you meant another door with a private standing next to it >_<

    You mean Private Wilfred in the starting zone? Make sure you've killed enough zombies, its 6-8 then he should prompt you to enter.

    No, it's in the intro area where you kill skeleton, undead soldier, etc. You run up a ramp and there's a big wooden door and I can't figure out how to get through it.

    Did you finish the quest by kill 6 zombies, then talking to Private Wilfred?

    Give us two bits of info:

    1. What level are you?
    2. Press J to see your active quest list and tell us what it says.

    OK, having thought a bit more, here is my punt:
    I reckon you have done the quest to collect the arrows but you have not put them in the "basket". Once you do that, the NPC next to it will give you the "kill the zombies" quest. Follow the sparkly line and then press F when you reach the place the arrows should be (it is just before you entered the zone with the private in it).

    I think I missed the arrows quest. Where are they located?

    Ah, you need to go right back to the start and talk to the guy with the glowing box above his head.

    Is your Quest path marker on? Press Z to activate/deactivate it, follow it.

    You may have to drop the arrows you picked up in the barrels at the camp fire near the archery range before the marker sends you to the bridge.

    Okay, thanks! I'll just go back and check things out. One other thing. How do I get my health back up?

    That's the very first quest. Run all the way to the back. The first camp you hit after you came off the beach has the NPC you need to talk to. It should've also told you that you can heal up at a camp fire (or by drinking potions) :)
