heroic encounters still give 70 level rewards

still get 70 level rewards i dont know if because is preview.

    those are not considered lvl 70 rewards.. they changed the rewards for the greater belts i think only.. opened rough 100 on the preview 2day and only receiving lvl 60 belts.. which only received 2.. the con and cha belt.. cant remember the names.. but yeah you should still be able to get the resonance stones green - epic..

    level 60 values if earned then.Read this line should give what gave before the module 5.Coffer-draconic enchant level 4 artifact gear 60 etc. resonance is not in loot table based on module 5.

    aaa and here another one screenshot that keep give also greater one artifact gear 70.
