You are wearing out my mouse

Why is there so much clicking, chiefly the issue I have is in professions, why does it take so many mouse clicks just to start and claim a profession?

its 1 click to select, one click to pick which task and 1 click to start task.

then its 1 click to "finish" and then 1 click to take reward.

If you have all 9 profession slots open that is 45 clicks!!!!!

Why is there not a claim all? Why is there such an annoying delay in being able to collect rewards? Why isn't there a fill all task option? Why isn't there a queued task ability?

    I think they were trying to make things harder for bots, but only succeeded in making things harder for regular players. You could use the gateway to avoid the timer. You can even hit backspace in the gateway to go back to the last task you selected so you can set Assault Enemy Camp 3 times with fewer clicks. Fill task and task queue seems like too much. It's already pretty mindless and easy to just log into the gateway a couple times a day, and switch to the SCA page before setting tasks on all your characters.
