Transcendent Feytouched Enchant

Does this enchant still not work as intended or something? It looks like it will be absolutely fantastic in PvE, but it doesn't seem like anyone has taken notice of it yet so I'm assuming it is messed up?

    It doesnt work and is bugged. It seems to decrease your damage instead of increasing when proc. Reported.

    Nope it's not.

    been running with normal version of this sometime for now and preatty happy with how it works and boosts my HR damage so i can battle with CWs damage output in delv runs. Getting around 12kk against 16kk pug party CWs. and vorpal got me only like to 10kk not more.

    It works just fine for me.

    And i've noticed like u get increased damage output for 10 seconds or so and chant trigger every 20 seconds if i m not mistaken and there is a 10 seconds gap but i just do not notice it as most times drop some aoe with my ranger before chant goes on cd

    A few days ago i check my pure Feytouched with dummies. My base damage for at wills drop when my feytouched proc with sunburst while my healing powers is unaffected. Reported that that day, maybe it is fixed??

    I can confirm this. Look at encounter tooltip. 10 lvl feytouched work fine, but 11 & 12 is not.
