I know that Creeping Death works with the Weapon Enchant, but is there something else I'm missing?
There is the defense reduction, but I believe Plague Fire is more effective. I could see a regular group wanting to cover their bases, but not the general population.
Terror Enchants are currently demanding higher prices than Vorpal. Again, I just want to check if there is an additional market pressure here.. other than popularity with Fury SW's.
Also, given the reliable ability to obtain shards of terror.. I would think it would keep costs down.
It's because if things do not change, in module 6 enchants are going to get a rework and Terror in particular at new ranks above perfect is going to reduce 40% defense 40% power but, above all, have a good chance to root the enemy.
Add to this that tenacity is improved if i got it right, which means more crit resistance in PvP.
So from preview it seems Terror will be "BiS" for some classes in PvP, and so the prices on live changed beforehand.

And it's celarly unfair. For any deflect/reflect builds of tank - is a nail to the coffin. Every single second I'll be stunned, like against some wannabe pvpers in IWD, using kokatrix.
But do they care?
Rooted? That's useful only if the target is not ranged. That would be a reason for GWFs to avoid PvP but that's what they're doing already.
Sadus671, about GPF, besides not being OP like the current preview Terror, it's also very vulnerable to reflexive builds.

Yeah... I really hope the root is PVE only, because otherwise that literally seals the nail on the coffin for us GWF in high-end pvp.
R12 Terror is already too OP with the -40% power/def debuff, the 10% chance to root is just an overkill for the enchant... just my 2centts..
I also feel this.
I dont think Offensive enchantments should debuff enemy offensive stats (except for the feytouched)
It should reduce defense and deflect or something like that,
