R11+ enchants

Will a r11 require two r10s? Would be nice to know before double refinement ends, thanks.

    Negative, to take a rank 10 to rank 11, you need 600k RP And Greater marks of potency/one of each blue mark. (Power/union/stability)

    It's nice that we won't need to feed a second R10/11 enchant into the mix but I'm hoping Mod 6 brings a bigger and/or more reliable supply of those blue marks. They are already in great demand on live so the requirements of those new higher level enchants are in danger of making them extinct.
