Best way to get Dragon Coffers?

What's the best (quickest, cheapest, fastest - your pick) way to get Dragon Hoard Coffers for the repeatable quest Reclaiming the Hoard? Killing off Thayans and Cultists moves along fairly well necause there are lots of them. But the Coffer drops seem few and far between.

Auction house of course. Dragons(with zerg) used to be ok way of getting some dragon hoard coffers too, not sure about now since I have not done that like for a while

The drops are few and far between regardless. I'm not sure what it is, but there definitely seems to be a lengthy ICD. The only fast method would be buying them. I see people selling them for gold sometimes in trade or you can buy them off the AH too. But those are your only fast options and they're not particularly cheap once you realize just one of them doesn't go a very long way towards your repeatable. Personally, I'd rather just run Tiamat over and over again and get a Linu for beating her along with coins. It's not the fatest way but it's definitely the cheapest. I've spent a grand total of 0 gold and 0 AD getting my artifact OHs on 7 toons.

Seconding the Heralds zerg rec of previous poster. I usually get 2 or 3 from that and if your first run is fast enough you can even get 2 in before you have to queue for Tia.

Kill the dragon heralds. Get to where the White dragon herald spawns before :45 every hour. As long as you're in a reasonably populated instance you'll get them all down pretty fast. Might even be able to change instances and kill some extra dragons after Red. That's how I get most of my coffers.

Everything said above seems accurate to me, but to combine it all, this seems to get the best results for me w/out too much effort:

1) Enter prior to heralds, attack a group or two of mobs: 1
2) Kill the heralds: 3-6 on average
3) Attack a group or of mobs once the heralds are done: 1
4) Tiamat
5) Attack a group or two after Tiamat: 1

Total: 6-9 coffers on average
You may get an extra drop if you're doing quests or farming between the drop you get after Tiamat and the drop before the heralds.

Two rotations of this and you're probably set for the week.

Best for coffers = buy them with gold, J/K.

The best way to collect coffers is do the Dragon Herald's in WoD every hour. They spawn at 45 minutes of every hour. Transfer to a map with 29+ players so the Herald's die fast. That way you can get all five and then maybe 2 or three more on anew map after you kill the fifth on the first map. Apart from doing Herald's just do your dailies and you'll get enough for all your needs.

Get som bots and run cult prison, thats how they do it atleast. Search for cult prison and u will see how man CWs thats in there.

I've unlocked the Dragon Empire Treasures task. I've been using it to create one treasure daily for 200 points, then contributing that and whatever coffers and varying amounts of coins per day. As soon as one comes up, (or I log on in the evening) I recycle the task, giving me a guaranteed 200 daily points minimum. This method will take between a week and 5 days, but far less time if you contribute more, for one Linu's Favor.
