Artifact set rework

While there is a processing equipment, review work Artifact set of black ice, now it is so bad that even if we strengthen it 10 times - the difference will not be noticeable.
~90 damage by 10-40 strokes - it's sad. I am confident in the imperial set the same problems. What is the point in the other sets if all are set Lathander or offset + 4 constitution in combination with a cloak Seldarine.
Collecting if not the rarest - but a set, I want to get something useful rather than gold knickknack - which gives way in all the cheaper gear.
And say it is not the next day after the sets (hoping that such a glaring omission quickly notice), and after a module for election observation players.

    Lathanders is harder to get than The Black ice set.. I dont actually understand the post that well sorry or I'd have more feedback.

    but speaking of Lathanders... Please make Eye of Lathander BoE, not BoP, Its lame that the other artifact sets are all BoE pieces. when Lathanders Requires you have dumb luck in farming an extremely rare artifact.
    People are way too negative, Why cant we just all get along.

    That everyone is happy with the chance to work sets additional damage? Maybe someone thinks that they are too strong and they need a bit of weaken?)))

    Just answer ... Seth works as intended or not? To this time not to be mistaken with a choice. Again to pump up to Gold unnecessary thing, I can not stand.
