download taking forever

Is there a reason why the download patch today takes so long to finish?
it's just 500 mb or so but it has taken hours, and stops after a while... I've tried restarting it multiple times but it always stops after a while...

    Your connection having problems? I'm a slow adsl connection and got it in 20 mins. For reference this is my connection

    I tried a internet speed test and my connection is okay, much faster than the download of the patch.
    15mbps download and 1.2mps upload speed. it shouldn't be a problem... :S

    Yeah that's kind of what I mean thought you should get better speed and you aren't that means something could be up with the connection between you and the server.

    I''ll try to reset the pc, sometimes it fixes random strange things...

    My guess is the server is getting slammed. This is about the time the Eastern side of the US is all getting off work and home.

    It took me about 20 minutes to fully patch too, and my connection speed is embarrassingly fast.

    guys... i downloaded the patch and everything... but the game itself is just sitting at the "Loading" screen and in the lower left corner it says "Files Replaced"
    HELP!
