Terror enchantment

Hi
Correct me if I'm wrong. Today I've found, that perfect terror costs 14kk+. As I assume it's connected with new brilliant idea of Cryptic, that this enchant will have 10% chance of stuning in pvp. Is this true?

And another question: Everyone was excited with new cocatrice stun effect on IWD pvp (pve as well). After spending zillion on ZEN this one has been nerfed. What are the plans of Cryptic about terror, cause it's OP is clearly visible.

And last one. Im a deflect GF with perfect briartwine enchatnment. Every single deflect of dmg causes me stunned for 3 seconds in IWD pvp, where pets are allowed. Any idea how to avoid this effect? (remove my enchant is not a good choice ;))

    It is going to cause huge amounts of rage.

    As for what you can do against Cockatrices in IWD PVP? Nothing unless you drop your Briartwine. I use a Greater Briartwine and a Greater Plague Fire on my GF, so I am pretty much perma CC'd. I don't think Guarded Assault and SOS help either.
    PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

    The price is already back down to 10m. It will drop when all the rich pre-mod impulse buyers stop buying all the terror shards for their rank 12 terror and possibly when they other weapon enchant reworks are known or perhaps if there are still further adjustments before next mod.

    Also, from the description it should only be a "root" effect, rather than a stun.

    That kind of effect tend to be quite confusing as most of the time root effects don't just root you but also INTERRUPT which is annoying and feels almost like stun.

    Terror isnt random, every player can get them every day.

    There just solved everyones problem, if you had one anyways.

    they are just wasting ads.
    i highly doubt new enchantments will work as supposed to work.
    during my pve testing i saw no roots for example, i may be wrong tho

    Cockatrice was too OP in IWD PvP, where I met several 1v1 with the rule no cockatrice as active bonus.

    I had no chance as a Fury SW example, each of the Creeping Death DoT had a chance to root me. Well with the many many DoT's with most of our attacks have, this ment that you were permarooted.. where as example TR's that have much more single burst attacks had clearly an advantage. But this goes also for other DoT builds like MoF CW and Righteous DC.

    One companion shouldn't make such huge difference but it did, so it was unbalanced.

    Yep. In general people should try to stay up to date on news & drastic price fluctuations. There is lots of AD to be made. I traded my P.Vorp for one not too long after the price started to fall again and ended up trading it for a P.Vorp + P.Bronzewood + 4 GMOP all within about 30min of trading. I hardly ever merch through trade as well. I am going to keep terror (and vorpal) shards saved up till the release of the next mod, but I'll wait until the terror price drops and the rest of the Transcendent enchantments are announced before looking at getting my hands on one prior to mod 6.
