Because its rare enough to not be bothered with, and top it off, they are more involved in fixing things other than pvp issues. Since PvP needs relatively little work and its all pretty much standardized, they prolly have a skeleton crew working on changes, fixes and improvements to PvP. PvE is where most of the games content lies, and requires the most work to be fixed, especially Tiamat, and since the new mod has been announced, I'm sure its getting lot more work for its release than it had before it was announced.

Tiamat was delayed and still has issues. It is not exclusive to PvP.

No, I meant that alot of the devs that work on fixes are more centered around tiamat bugs, not pvp ones, since pvp isnt beign messed with too much lately. Its pretty safe to say pvp will be messed around with alot with the new level cap, but for now. its pretty set in stone with very few fixes going to it, so not alot of work is being done with it, compared to say, Tiamat, which is literally the most recent thign to come out.

PvP overall doesnt get a whole lot of new content, so it does see as much time, effort, and resources to be fixed in general, compared to PvE content, which gets new content once every 4-6 months. Thats why bugs are so slow to be fixed in pvp vs some bugs are fixed much quicker in pve.

Pvp got a ladder system, campaign open pvp and fine tuning of balance each module. It's just that like pve, it's not to our satisfaction. That's not to say their focus is on pvp, but there's still some focus on it, or has been. Likewise there's been focus on PvE, but mostly on dailies and low drop rate dungeons with bop loot and so I'd also say there's not a whole lot of decent content their. What I don't get is that sometimes they have fixes ready at times, but delay it for the next module.
