hello guys need some advice here

ok I am lvl 28 tr here ...although I know that dex is the primary state for tr but I refuse to up it . I prefer strength...but for each 10 level you can up 2 point to your character right . I for myself LOVE pvp the most and my build is strictly for pvp only . I am going to make a MI executioner one shot build tr . But my question is ..should i up for con or for combat advantage ...really need some advice here . Thank you

    CON/STR which is my preference for pvp Executioner or perma-stealth as well. DEX if you are going perma-stun since you aren't getting guaranteed crits from stealth, and the extra deflect since you can't hide much in stealth.
