eye of the storm bugged

after joining some solo dungeons/tiamat or encounters like the dragon in roth valley eye of the storm didnt work anymore.
After I died it worked normally.
Same problem on live server.

    I though so....I have the same problem. Its been like that for a week or better. Not sure what happened. Hopefully they will fix it.

    I've noticed this problem happening occasionally on live, usually it seems to happen if I die right as eye of the storm procs and then get resed, either by SF or an ally. other than death unslotting and reslotting the power has fixed it for me.
