For some reason, even though my AP is full, when I hold down LB, sometimes Ice Storm is shown as unavailable. When the AP is shown as full, even if Ice Storm appears unavailable, I have still been able to use it. I don't know if this applies to all CW Dailies, as I haven't unlocked anymore yet
