    For a MoF CW, I would say either the Black Ice Belt or the Sash of Charisma, since MoF's depend so heavily on crit chance for generating Smolder, and come Mod 6, critical chance is going to be much harder to stack.

    Honestly... Best advice after building several neverwinter awesome builds id say. These set items that have came in mod 5 totally suck. So don't worry about there set bonuses. Mix and match of what matches your characters need. There is a sight that shows there Nerf on caps. I havnt found it yet but when you do. look at the. Find what you need and move forward. I personally would choose the belts that give you +4 to your stat. The +2s totally have not been thought about at all. Wisdom and intell ? Seriously ??? Worthless. dex and intel, worthless...etc. And don't forget that Power has no cap. Ive seen people with over 10000 power on there toons

    It depends on your build and existing stats.
