Are there any current perma-stealth builds?

Most of the ones I seem to be able to find are from 2013, would love to have a mode up to date one. I think the latest one I found was early 2014. I couldn't care less about PvP (gasp, a rogue who doesn't want PvP) I just want to destroy PvE solo as best as possible and apparently this build lets you even take out end game stuff all on your own.

    It is designed to be as cheap a build as possible in terms of the AD cost required to build it, so there are some sub optimal gear choices made.

    Thanks for the build! Most important thing to start, at least in my opinion...which race and starting stat allocation? If nothing else I can always reset things like skills and feats later but I don't get to re-pick my race (and have no idea if you can reset your starting stat choices either). I see you have some ideas in your build but any leanings towards a pure solo pve char? Especially since you appear to want to focus on 5 stats and you don't get that many stats on level up.

    It sounds like I want to try and get ~20 int though to make things as easy as possible...

    There's a build somewhere in this forums which kwessa put up, which features a Sabo build/tactic that is centered on unlimited CoS(...which of course, is boosted through SO and hits for like 3~4k per pop in PvE...) from stealth (by way of instant restealthing with Deft Strike power queueing)... it's sort of permastealth, not in the traditional sense, but rather in the way that is "you always instantly return back to stealth, even if you use attacks and deplete all stealth" sort of way.

    Kinda interesting, you should check it out, sir.

    Xbox one is currently on Mod 5 for the most part. I'd love to see your Mod 5 perma stealth. One the xbox one no one ever does it, more people are all about the gs then actual play style and stuff. I guess in xbox one the bigger the gs more your epeen is. I'd like to bring this play style to xbox one. Any help would be highly appreciated!
