why should the graphics run so bad in this game?
its a beautiful game the graphics are wonderful to look at... when they work properly. Why do I have to deal with big patches of white, having to wait till the UI draws in before I can do anything. big squares of block color where there should be beautiful particle effects
you have a good game its fun to play stop worrying about releasing modules and fix this broken graphical bug that has been broken for 3 modules so far...
I have a high end system but I know people who have TITANS and cant get this game to run right

I7@4ghz with a GTX780 here. Have the same problem. This game doesn't like Nvidia cards. You can can force the textures to load if you hit ESC multiple times.
the game runs prety good on my pc actually, I only get those plain no texture patches when in heavy graphics areas, like tiamat fight or in heroic enocunters with too many players/enemies/spells.
But it's definitely not something I encounter so often.
I don't encounter white blocks on live currently, but Tiamat remains an area of concern. Sometimes the ground turns really flashy and glaring and that's also when severe hardware lag kicks in.
On preview though, I'm having these texture loading delays again, but this time they are just transparent and not white. I mean it's one thing the engine can't process large HE instances, but regular gameplay? C'mon...

my point was you shouldn't have to spam the ESC key to get your UI to load

Devs do need to pay some attention to that.
EDIT: game does seem to run well under low graphics (HD graphics 4000)though
