Malabog Castle ridiculous lag?

What happened to Malabog's castle? Before summer it was fine and now I go in and I can barely move unless i set my graphics to minimum and even then its still laggy as all get out.

I remembered a trick from 2012 that suggested you change your graphics from DX11 to D3D 9EX, so I did that and walla no more lag. What happened there? Is this game just NOT friendly to AMD users? Are the Devs having trouble keeping their game working for certain video drivers?

Just to note I have update my graphics driver to no avail. My card is an HD7970 3GB card gigahertz edition, I should NOT be having any trouble with this game, FYI I also have a 9370 CPU @4.40Ghz and I have 8GB of 1866 RAM so yeah i'm not exactly low end here.

    MC has never been fine. Most people have always had that problem with it.

    I have always had issues with MC. No other zone (except Tiamat but only sometimes) and no other game gives my system fits like MC does. It's not just AMD either; I run dual Nvidia cards.

    I always have lag issues with Malabog Castle, but its only in the outside areas that cause serious fps drop rate. Whenever going inside the buildings is where my fps returns to normal. Get some lag on the final boss, but not as much as the beginning.

    I just unlocked this dungeon and I can't even move around. The latency is 1-2 seconds for attacks. It seems fine indoors, but as soon as you proceed to an outside area with rain, it becomes unplayable and everyone in the party dies.
