This feat is not working right? I don´t think mobs and players dont stay proned 3 extra seconds.
Can anyone confirm? TY

    It isn't 3 seconds, but 0.3 seconds. Hardly noticeable.
    PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

    Yep, very often Cryptic will write .3 instead of 0.3
