Tiamat Tier System WIA?

Just wondering as I have never heard of anyone actually getting anything decent when at Tier3/4. Myself its usually worse than T1/T2 award as I get nothing but a shard and a minor res stone. Has anyone actually gotten anything from higher tiers being unlocked, or are the chances typical Cryptic rarity even when the tier is unlocked?

    Check AH for Tiamat's Orb of Majesty. They can only be earned at Tier 4. I personally got 1 at T4 as well.
