Can someone help me here. Been playing the game for about 2 weeks and I love this game but I has crashed several times 90% of the time while I'm attacking enemies during a quest. Game runs fine while doing everything else. I've updated my drivers, re-installed it both through steam and arc client still crashes. Don't know what to do I'm very frustrated.

What cpu and how much ram?
Is there any chance you have a bad sector on your hard drive?
Is there any chance you have a bad fan and are overheating once combat starts going?
Well I'm out of easy ideas then, hopefully someone else can help at this point for the more complicated ones.

When you say several times do you mean it is consistent or once every few hours?
The devs have been working pretty adamantly on performance and stability adjustments since the release of M5. There's always a possibility that any such change could react badly with your computer and only do so in very specific situations. I.E. a specific animation causes a crash.
Perhaps the best thing you can do is be sure to submit the crash log stating that it seems to happen when you are fighting and maybe even try to think of any other relevant details that might tie in the crashes.
If, though, you mean you crash (almost) every fight then that would be a completely different matter.

Turn down graphics quality under the Options menu. If you are running at full capacity graphics for NWOnline it can cause crash issues. You'll see several sliders to adjust. Medium to Low is best for least lag. (It may not completely cure crash issues, but it helps.)

i7 3770 @ 3.4Ghz and 16 GB of ram
Bad Sector: Not sure
Overheating: No temp doesn't exceed 50 C
run a disckcheck
Open the "Computer" window
Right-click on the drive in question
Select the "Tools" tab
In the Error-checking area, click <Check Now>
