I have experienced this thing a lot time before, but only now managed to take a picture of it.
As you see villain's menace is up, its on the buff list + you may even see the orange like glow on my body (and the bigger size).
This is the only tool to fight off TRs with a GF and it works well vs smokebombs and if I am right this is not the scoundrel proc its the dazing strike (I see the dazing strike's icon in the debuff list).
"Villain's Menace is a Daily Power that does a one time AOE damage and buffs the Guardian Fighter. This buff increases damage and grants immunity to any Crowd Control."
It is obvious malfunctioning, if daze is CC then it should be working on that too, or if it is not CC then it should not work at the smokebomb's case (btw in this case I would not play anymore).

And there are many many more reports on how Trs are walking bugbots ATM. But clearly you don't want proof, looking at your entries in the forums your agenda seems clear you just want to keep having an unfair advantage over other players.
Enjoy while it lasts.
"Known Bugs
This ability can interrupt otherwise CC-immune opponents (such as a rogue using Impossible to Catch"
Well I found my answer, why am I not surprised of this is a known bug lol....
Personally, I would not mind if the interrupt thing was removed, but I do find it nifty on certain PvE mobs, sir.
