Hi just to say getting evening lag problems, being disconnected constantly, same problem yesterday, are cryptic ever going to fix the problems here....are they even able to fix the problems i wonder? I'm in Europe in case your interested and iv played from beta 3, iv lived with untested new content, and the badly maintained server problems but how are we to play if you cant even move when you log on.....so how about this, close until you fix it?
Please perform the tests in this sticky and post your results, as opposed to blindly blaming the servers or the company without proof of your accusations other than conjecture.
Many times, latency is caused by factors outside of the immediate control of the company or the end user.

Connection problems seem to be affecting a lot of players from Germany and have been acknowledged by Cryptic on the German forums. I also cannot play at the moment.
I already performed the tests in the sticky that you mentioned and posted the results a couple of weeks back.
The past 2 days I've had horrible lag in pvp, pve, open world, everywhere. I'm in the central time u.s.a. Checked my bandwidth - 20mb down, 5 mb up. Checked for packet loss - none. Asked other players if they've had lag and almost everyone is saying "yes". A few people rage quit when 9k GS players were killing 21k gs players because of the lag. I get 10 second Server Not Responding messages intermittently. Often I'm getting NO message, but my character Springs back 30 feet.
The game is unplayable like this. The problem may be outside of NW servers, routers, switches, etc... but somewhere along the data path, packets are being dropped. Maybe they need tracert, packet sniffers, & other tools to see where the latency is.
Is anyone else seeing this problem in the past 2 or 3 days? Please post your approximate location. Maybe the problem is a physical port on a network switch in a particular region.
Please acknowledge that you're all aware of the problem and working on it.

To the OP: The German community manager Fero made a posting on the German forum a couple of hours ago and linked to this news posting:
