Neverwinter launcher error?

Having trouble booting the game up havent played in some time.


I downloaded Arc* and clicked install through there. When I hit play the launcher comes up prompting my account/password when I put in the info an error comes up saying this:

Fatal Error: JavaScript exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot Call method 'tolowercase' of undefined

    So this is a fresh download that is doing this not an old one just to confirm?

    same issue to me with a fresh installation

    loading screen for ages
    if you are lucky you can do a invocation for one toon and the connection is down again

    That sounds like 100% a different issue.

    Just reinstalled everything to make sure from arc to neverwinter and it didnt work. neverwinter doesnt show up as a program to uninstall like before I had arc is there an issue here?

    Hmmm, all I can think of since you got a javascript error is to make sure you have all your updates for windows and ie. But that is a hail mary guess on my part. I'm really not sure.

    Hey im kinda having the same issue. Ive played Neverwinter before on this same exact laptop and it worked fine. I stoped playing and deleted the game. Ive made a new acc and decided to start playing again but when im on the launcher and its ready and says "Play" i click on it of course... but the launcher disappears and the game doesnt pull up on my screen... Anyone know how to fix this? If so would really like to know.Thx. Nvm ive fixed the issue.
