Using Steam wallet to buy Zen?

Hi guys, I just recently got back into this game and I am trying to level my scourge warlock. I have around $10 in my steam wallet but I do not know how to use it get zen for my account. Could someone please tell me how do I buy zen from my steam wallet, I am located in the Southeast asian zone, does that matter and can it be solved?

    unsure coz of the regional thing, but if you are using the steam game client, it should automatically use steam, when you click to buy zen in game..

    Be aware though, buying zen on steam puts you on 'probation'. This usually lasts a few days or so, and during this time, anything you buy on the zen store will be BOUND, and you are unable to use the Zen / Astral diamond exchange...

    Hi, thanks for the reply but my problem is when I click on the buy zen option from the zen market, it shows me the steam wallet option and a buy or close button but when I click on the steam wallet and buy option nothing happens. If I recall a few months back that button(I think cannot remember too clearly sorry) had some exchange rates on it. I just bought a steam prepaid card and wanted to test it out on neverwinter but nothing productive happened.

    I have seem some other forum posts regarding this issue but no results happened for me. Any more clear help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
