I can not sell zen!

"Due to recent purchasing activities, your account is temporarily unable to sell Zen in Exchange."
Zen bought by steam wallet, and when I try to sell zen by Astral Diamond the icon is unable with the message " Due to recent purchasing Activities , your account is temporarily unable to sell Zen in Exchange. "

Man, is 24 hours put zen by steam , and have not yet released to use Ad Exchange with this security system , how long does it? if every time I go to have to wait so much, does not pay more for Zen!!!:mad::mad::mad:

    This is due to a security measure instituted some six months ago.

    Basically, until PWE receives verified payment for your ZEN, it cannot be traded for AD on the exchange. This tends to affect Steam users the most as Valve (the owner of the Steam service) does not submit payment to PWE on a per-transaction basis, and thus the payment is not considered verified until PWE receives the monies for said transaction. Unfortunately, to prevent manipulation of this measure, the exact time frame is considered to be internal information and not released to the public. This is to protect both customers and PWE from fraudulent transactions and/or chargebacks.
