15.000 Zen Promotion :Rewards ?

Hi.

Promotion 15.000 Zen

Buy/Spent whatever for reward.

I bought 500 zen/spent on 4 keys.
I should get a title and a vanguard pack.
Did bought at promotion time : 14-15.
It's 18 today and still no rewards.

What now.

    You will likely have to wait until after the normal maintenance time has come...

    Rewards are usually given out after maintenance. Gotta just be patient ;)

    The announcement will be posted 10aM PST. If not, keep looking during the forums after update.

    I spent 15k+ on both my accounts and apart from this thread I've heard nothing else.

    I just checked - I got the title, but not the Storm Rider companion, (I spent a total of 3000 Z during the specified time frame). I submitted a ticket - #2,992,093. I hope this gets sorted out quickly.

    Okay, relog. Out f the game AND ARC. I got the title automatically, the Aranea/storm rider and pack from the rewards agent. They are still probably picking winners, as an announcement hasn't been made yet. Chill your boners!

    Well, I myself got the Storm Rider companion, but not the Aranea. For the rider check the claim vendor 2nd tab it should be there with rest of companions you might have.

    I suspect the Aranea is a single unlock so they might mail it later. Or at least I hope. Anyways anyone got an Aranea from the promo yet?

    I followed this (exited all the way out of the game, all the way out of Arc) and nothing for me; just the title which was randomly awarded while zoning earlier. I spent just short of 7500 Zen, which I'd had sitting there doing nothing for ages, so I'm a bit worried that I've not got the 2nd and 3rd tier guaranteed rewards while some people clearly have. Hmm.

    I haven't received my title at all.. spent close to 600 zen.

    Logged out and back in, even exited the game.

    Yeah - I've done all the logging/relogging stuff, (even exited the game), and am still missing items - namely I spent 3000 Zen but only got the title. I hope this gets sorted out quickly...

    Makes me wonder if PWE has to manually go around and flag accounts :mad:

    I put in a ticket.. probably won't hear back until tomorrow.

    Ah, I figured this was the case. I'm waiting for my rewards to show up as well.
    Fortunately this happens nearly every time they do something like this, so I wasn't too worried about it. Just came here to confirm. :p
    Back to waiting patiently for my Aranea to arrive.

    I have the title and Aranea but I spent 15000 zen so I expect a High Forest Bear mount that hasn't come yet. And in the news section it says they selected the 20 winners that had spent 9000 zen. http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9010583-get-bonus-rewards-from-the-zen-market
    Should I open a ticket for that or wait some more time? Is there anyone who spent 15000 Zen and claimed this reward?

    It would be 1 aranea. I spent over 15k, anyone done the same and not received the mount? 'Cause I haven't.

    That was quick, I opened a ticked and in 2 hours they responded and gave my items.

    The mount seems to be BOP, I was thinking of selling it too, but that doesn't seem possible:(

    I just heard back from customer support and they had to manually add the reward to my account.

    Sounds like if you didn't receive everything you should have yesterday, contacting customer support would be the best solution.

    I also spent close to 20k in zen and got the title, but I did not receive my mount. Some folks have to have received it as I just was by the rewards vendor and low and behold, right beside of me was the bear mount. This is not looking well. I tried to open a ticket, and that bombed as well. I have done the log in and log out of all accounts several times and still nada.

    Does anyone else have an update? I did get my title and the companion, but absolutely no MOUNT. That was a lot of zen to spend and get absolutely nothing in return promised for the amount spent.

    At this point, the matter must be handled by CS. If you do not receive all (or any) of your rewards by 7PM PST Monday evening, please send in a support ticket.
