Does FoH or Burning Guidance proc weapon enchants?

Pretty much the title.
Does fires of heaven and/or Burning guidance proc weapon enchants? I know they dont crit and that the damage can increase with buffs.

    I'm not sure what ''fires of heaven'' is,but if you're talking about fire of the gods it doesn't proc weapon enchants, and neither does Burning guidance.
