Some bugs i guess, at least they look like...

Happened just recently, when this is posted; Murgal Mawcram did not attack me. He did not move at all, just sat there and waited till i kill him. Had happened with Chartraxis before, but he decided to move and attack when he had a little hp. I mean little for him 
(i thought that one was on purpose, to make a point of his power and pride you know...) And another thing: when disabled by the lizard-like humanoids in the swamp (can't remember the race name but i am talking about the trappers), i was able to use encounter powers, despite looking silenced, and there was no cooldown so i could use a skill twice in a row. And one more in the Gray Wolf Den; a werewolf threw me on the spikes (where we need to unite stonepaths to make a bridge in orde to proceed), i died and respawned at the very beginning of the dungeon, and worse; the yellow-light path turned out to be dead end and could not get to the rest of the group. So i had to agree with them in kicking me out

If so I reported it about 6 months ish ago. It doesn't happen every time though, not sure what causes it.
