WoD boons bugged

As some of you probably already know the last two WoD stacks of Tyranny of Dragons boons are bugged. I've checked that with Dragon's Fury boon. The first stack raises you critical severity by 5%. And it works. The next stack (implemented with WoD patch) should raise the critical severity by 1.5% but it's only 0.2%. And the last stack should also give you another 1.5% but it's only 0.1%.

So when you choose to max all 3 components of the last Dragon's Fury boon you get +5.3% (5+0.2+0.1) critical severity instead of 8% critical severity (5+1.5+1.5).

    Why post this in general discussion? You know, there's an actual forum for bugs where the devs might actually see this post (I know, it's a longshot, but hey, it's all we got).

    well i'm a bit jealous you got 80 linu's however its not the only boon bugged, the boon that gives +deflect severity is also bugged as it gives i think .2% as well. I just wonder how i got .1% crit severity out of nowhere, however this will likely just get moved to bug reports.

    Because not everyone reads the bugs forum, so posting here allows other people not to make the same mistake and have to respec out or wait forever (if ever, e.g. deflection severity) for it to get fixed.
