Everytime I log on my CPU freezes upon spawning into the world

It's been a good long while since I last logged on to play NW, and until recently I never had any problems. However, I logged back in 3 days ago and everytime I do so, my screen freezes and I have to hard boot my cpu to get it working about. Anyone had this happen to them also, and might someone know what the problem could be? Like I literally can't make it five strides before the screen fractures and freezes and won't let me control the mouse nor use Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up the task manager, so I have to do a hard-boot and I'd rather it be taken care of before it starts messing with other areas of my CPU. Please advise what options are available to me so that I can get this resolved with

    If you can, try getting into your graphics settings. Speaking for myself, I need to readjust all settings after every new module or other major patch as it resets to some sort of automatic settings for my computer. Mine isn't a powerhouse, so I play under less than normal settings anyway.

    Just a thought, let us know if it works for you.
