icy terrain ninja nerf?

Any1 noticed that icy terrain doesnt deal damage to frozen targets? Am i seeing things? Or had they announced it?

    Not a ninja nerf. This was a change to CW freeze in mod4. After being frozen, targets are immune to future freezes for a brief duration.

    I think the OP was stating that once frozen, IT is no longer dealing damage. Pointsman, you are correct that it should no longer br freezing a target that has just broken free of a freeze, but I think that IT should still be doing damage to anyone standing on it, whether they are getting chill stacks or not.

    exactly tickdoff, icy terrain is the only one that doesnt deal damage to frozen targets.
